Guwahati: Rajya Sabha MP Ripun Bora slamming the BJP government, said that the government is doing injustice with the teachers who are the backbone of society here on Monday.

While addressing a press conference at Rajiv Bhawan, the Congress leader said, “Government is making the teachers fool. The backbone of the society is being made Guinea pigs. It is an injustice to the teacher’s community.”

Further, asserting about the RIIMS app, which is specially designed for teachers, he said that the app has damaged the status of the teachers and has hampered the teachers’ privacy.

It also alleged that the app had mutilated the post of the Headmaster.

“RIIMS app has damaged the status of the teachers. Its an attack on their privacy. For this, teachers were under stress.” the Congress leader said.

On the other hand, he commented that the government had introduced this app to benefit a private company.

The Congress leader demands a clarification letter over the issue from the government.

Moreover, he also commented on the discrepancy in the TET exam and demanded it to review by the concerned authority.
