dead in a hotel in Guwahati's Bhangagarh area under mysterious circumstances.
Nirmal
Bhuyan, a resident of Nalbari, was identified as the deceased.
According
to sources, the deceased CID officer had reserved a room in the hotel since May
4.
The
cause of death has not yet been determined.
