All school buses must be yellow, and in addition to the male driver, each bus must include a female attendant. Additionally, drivers should have at least five years of experience.

Digital desk: The school authorities have been instructed to install CCTV cameras, GPS, and siren facilities in all school buses by the District Transport Department of Kamrup.

The decision came after the new directives regarding school buses were passed across the country.

At a meeting with representatives of the district's private schools on Saturday, the Kamrup District Transport Officer stated that the department will be very strict in light of the Supreme Court's orders to all schools.

All school buses must be yellow, and in addition to the male driver, each bus must include a female attendant. Additionally, drivers should have at least five years of experience.

The predefined 60 km/hr bus speed restriction has recently been reduced to 40 km/hr. While the buses carry students, they are not permitted to pass any other vehicles.

The administrators of the school have been strictly ordered to obey all directives. Any order violated will result in the school's authorities being fined and confiscating the vehicle. Notably, notice regarding this will be given by the top court.   @Jitumoni Sir Prag
