Main protagonist Pankaj Tripathi becomes the subject of 73 FIRs filed in various states; one FIR has been filed in Guwahati...

Digital Desk: As Akshay Kumar's film approaches the Rs 100 crore mark, let us take a minute to thank the filmmakers for including an Assam incident in this Bollywood big-budget film and successfully presenting the Assam police with legendary stature in Bollywood culture.

In the scenario, a local cop informs the main protagonist Pankaj Tripathi that he is the subject of 73 FIRs filed in various states for infringing on religious sentiments. One FIR has been filed in Guwahati. The cop then says, "Waha (Guwahati) toh jana hi padega kyunki Guwahati police lene aa gaye hai" (You have to get there since Guwahati police are on their way to you).

The film also depicted Assam as having the highest ranking in pornographic charts, with Pankaj Tripathi criticising the Indian Education Department for failing to include 'Sex Education' in the school curriculum.

Short brief on film OMG 2

Amit Rai's spiritual treat OMG 2 begins with the soulful tune of Hansraj Raghuwanshi's Oonchi Oonchi Waadi song, which depicts a spiritual link between Lord Shiva and Pankaj Tripathi.

Kanti Sharan Mudgal (Pankaj Tripathi) begins his day by chanting Lord Shiva's name, but his day is turned upside down when he learns that his 16-year-old son has been hospitalised after taking three medications to treat erectile dysfunction.
