Twinkle tweeted a flashback photo from her early days, captioning it, "A bittersweet shared birthday and a lifetime of memories." Bobby Deol, Twinkle Khanna's Barsaat co-star, left a couple of heart emojis in the comments section of her post. Malaika Arora also left a heart in the post's comments section.
Rajesh Khanna, a 90s Bollywood sensation, died in July 2012.

Rajesh Khanna, who made his Bollywood debut in 1966 with Aakhri Khat, was the star of numerous popular films, including Aradhana, Anand, Kati Patang, and Safar. In 1973, he married actress Dimple Kapadia. Dimple Kapadia's debut Bollywood film Bobby, co-starring late actor Rishi Kapoor, was released the same year. The actor-politician was awarded India's highest honour the third-highest civilian honour, the Padma Bhushan.
