Miss USA R'Bonney Gabriel won the 71st Miss Universe 2022 competition, which was held in the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, in the United States.
Digital Desk: Pride in India When Harnaaz Sandhu entered the stage at Miss Universe 2022 on Sunday wearing a stunning lehenga, everyone was transfixed. In the designer Indian attire, she appeared no less than a queen.

Houston, Texas, was the place of Gabriel's birth on March 20, 1994. Both her mother Dana Walker and her father Rbon Gabriel are of Filipino descent. 2018 saw Gabriel graduate with a degree in fashion design and a fibres minor from the University of North Texas. The CEO of her own sustainable apparel business, R'Bonney Nola, is 28-year-old Gabriel.
Miss Dominican Republic was named the second runner-up this season, while Miss Venezuela was named the first runner-up. Bhutan made its Miss Universe 2022 debut, and nations including Angola, Belize, Belize, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Myanmar, Saint Lucia, Seychelles, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, and Uruguay made their comebacks.
