Guwahati: In January 2018, Tribhuban Gupta, a businessman from Athgaon had been shot at his business premises which had severely injured him. The case was registered at the Bharulumukh Police Station, case No. 23/2018 u/s 326/307/120 (B) IPC R/W SEC. 25 (1-A)/27 Arms Act.
The accused named Aditya Singh, known as Niraj Singh got arrested by the Muzzafarpur Police in Bihar for their case and bought to Mithanpura Police Station.
After coordinating with the Bihar Police, a team from West Guwahati Police District was sent to Muzaffarpur on August 22, and the accused was bought back to Guwahati yesterday.
The accused will be produced before the Court.
