Digital Desk: Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda married actress Lin Laishram in Imphal today in Manipur's capital, the couple got hitched in a traditional Meiti wedding ceremony.
Randeep Hooda arrived at the wedding site wearing a white dhoti kurta. He wore a customary white and gold turban and carried a white shawl over his shoulders.
Randeep can be seen performing customary ceremonies in the wedding venue, while the bride, Lin Laishram, looks stunning in her traditional Manipuri attire.
Speaking about the attire, A Manipuri groom's traditional outfit consists of a white cotton dhoti or wrapped trousers, a kurta and a hat (known locally as kokyet). Randeep, like many grooms, was spotted wearing a basic white shawl.
Lin was dressed in a Potloi or Polloi, a cylindrical skirt composed of thick cloth and strong bamboo. It is frequently ornamented with satin and velvet material, as well as gems and glitter.
Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram sought blessings at Imphal's Ipudhou Marjing Khubamlen and Shri Shri Govindajee temples before their wedding. They also went to Moirang Relief Camp and Loktak Lake.
