Digital Desk: A major tragedy was averted in Kaying village in Arunachal Pradesh, when a sudden fire broke out, engulfing two houses and threatening nearby property and lives. The Indian Army responded very fast and bravely and this situation was controlled before it could escalate further.


The fire was reported at around 3:50 PM. Upon receiving the alert, a team of Army personnel immediately rushed to the site with firefighting equipment, including a water bowser. Their work was quick and organized, and it managed to contain the fire so that it did not spread to the nearby buildings.


All civilian in the neighborhood was evacuated successfully, except for the two houses lost in the blaze, most personal belongings, including vehicles such as cars and bikes ,were saved. One person who was affected by the fire also received medical assistance by  the Army.


The local community has hailed the Indian Army’s prompt and selfless action, praising them for their bravery and dedication. Their action did not only save lives but also protected significant property from being destroyed.


This incident once again highlights the Indian Army’s unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of citizens, even beyond the call of duty.
