Mumbai: The D-day has arrived for the celebrity couple Vicky-Katrina as the duo to have a registered court marriage either on December 3 or on the next day.
The ViKat – the ship name of the celebrity couple will get hitched officially under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 in Mumbai, as they belong to different religious backgrounds. Their families will attend the ceremony.

Sources quoted that the couple will have three witnesses to sign a declaration form in the presence of the marriage registrar to formalize their wedding. Soon after the court marriage, the duo is expected to fly to Jaipur over the weekend with their family and friends for their ceremonial wedding at Six Senses Fort Barwara in a helicopter to avoid paparazzi. The pre-wedding ceremonies will kick start on December 7.
As per reports, the guests were made to sign an NDA clause so that the couples could complete their Vedic rituals with full privacy. Here are some of the guidelines mentioned there-
- No disclosure of wedding attendance
- No photography
- No sharing pictures on social media
- No sharing location on social media
- No contact with the outside world till you leave the venue
- All photos to be published only after approval from wedding planners
- No reels or videos can be made at the wedding venue
