Digital Desk: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) stated on Saturday, December 23, that there is a very good chance of light to moderate rainfall in a few isolated locations over Northeast India during the next three days.

It further stated that Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura on Sunday (December 24) would likely see an isolated thunderstorm with hailstorm.

Additionally, on December 27 and 28, there will probably be dense to extremely dense fog conditions in the morning in certain areas of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura.

The Regional Meteorological Department, Guwahati, has issued the following three-day forecast for Guwahati:

December 24: A generally overcast and foggy sky.
December 25: A generally overcast and foggy sky.
December 26: Partly overcast skies in the afternoon, with fog or mist in the morning.

Guwahati's minimum and maximum temperatures during the next three days are predicted to be 12°C and 26°C, respectively.
