Sisodia had requested permission in his application to visit his wife twice a week.

Digital Desk: Former Delhi Minister and jailed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia on Monday was given custody parole permission by the Rouse Avenue Court on Monday to see his sick wife once a week.

Sisodia had requested permission in his application to see his wife twice a week.

The last time Sisodia was permitted to see his wife was in November 2023.

Sisodia's application stated that his wife had experienced multiple sclerosis for the previous 20 years.

In February 2023, Manish Sisodia was taken into custody in relation to the purported liquor policy fraud.

His bail requests have been rejected, with the Supreme Court recently rejecting his plea on the grounds of an established money trail in the case.

The hearing on Sisodia's regular bail plea will next take place on February 12.
