Digital Desk: Kareena Kapoor Khan revealed a fresh look in the cop-verse film Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty. On Wednesday evening, the star resorted to social media to reveal the first look at her character in the next Bollywood flick.
Singham Returns features an extensive number of new faces in the franchise, including Deepika Padukone as the universe's first female cop, Tiger Shroff as the new cop, Ranveer Singh as Simmba, and Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi.
Kareena addressed herself as 'Avni Bajirao Singham,' Ajay's renowned character Bajirao Singham's strength. The actor was seen in a violent avatar on the billboard, with wrath in her eyes, a wounded forehead, and a pistol in her hands as she pointed straight.
Kareena joined the Singham franchise in 2014 with 'Singham Returns,' the second film in the franchise, long before Shetty chose to take this further and create his own cop-verse.
This is the first film in the cop-verse to feature all of the new characters. Shetty debuted Deepika's role as a quirky and wild Shakti Shetty earlier this month and later revealed Tiger's avatar from the film as Special Task Force officer ACP Satya.
Meanwhile, Singham Again will be released as the blockbuster Independence Day film next year. The cop drama starring Ajay Devgn will be launched on August 15.
