The three KMSS leaders sat on hunger strike on Wednesday night at Chachal in Sixmile, Guwahati. It may be noted that Akhil Gogoi has been in prison since December 12, 2019, allegedly for having links with Maoist groups. The peasant leader’s bail plea was rejected by Gauhati High Court on January 7.
