Digital Desk: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee halted her convoy in Jhargram on Tuesday and served pakodas to people. "A true people's leader, she certainly knows how to win people's hearts!" tweeted the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) in response to a video of the party boss.

The Bengal CM also renewed her all-out attack on the BJP-led Centre during the occasion, accusing it of failing to discharge the state's debts. "Do we have to beg the Centre to settle our financial obligations?" MNREGA funds are not being released. "If the BJP government does not settle our debts, it must leave office," Banerjee remarked.
