Mamata Banerjee said that to form a government at the center, her party would support the INDIA bloc.

Digital Desk: Chief Minister of West Bengal and chief of the Trinamool Congress, Mamata Banerjee, stated that her party would support the Opposition INDIA alliance from "outsideto form a government at the center. 

Weeks after Mamata Banerjee declared, "There is no INDIA alliance in West Bengal,the declaration was made. I was instrumental in the opposition alliance INDIA's creation. I even came up with the alliance's moniker. Nevertheless, the CPI (M) and Congress are BJP employees here in West Bengal.

"Do not count on the CPI(M) and the Congress in Bengal. They are here with the BJP, not with us,she said on Wednesday, restating her earlier statement.

 Mamata Banerjee cricised the BJP was criticized by calling it as "a party full of thieves.She said that the party would fail to achieve its ambitious "400 paarelectoral goal. 

"The BJP says it will win 400 seats, but many doubt this. The whole nation is aware that the BJP is a party of liars. In order to build a government in the center, we (TMC) will assist the INDIA bloc from the outside. We would provide our assistance to ensure that our moms, sisters, and those employed under the 100-day job initiative in West Bengal never experience difficulties,the Chief Minister stated. 

She explained, "I am talking about that [the India bloc] in Delhi.

 Mamata Banerjee said that to form a government at the center, her party would support the INDIA bloc. In addition, she promised that when the BJP administration is voted out of power, she would repeal the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) and halt the application of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC).

A three-way race between the Trinamool Congress, BJP, and Congress-Left combine has emerged in West Bengal as a result of the division among the partners in the INDIA bloc.
