Digital Desk: In a tragic incident, a man, identified as Buddha Bhattacharya, has tragically passed away due to insufficient oxygen availability in Sribhumi Civil Hospital, after being seriously injured in a road accident.


Buddha Bhattacharya, who was a library assistant at a B.Ed college in Sribhumi, was admitted to the civil hospital following the tragic accident.


As per reports, he was struck by a vehicle, leading to his admission to the civil hospital by onlookers.


However, due to an insufficiency of oxygen in the emergency room of Sribhumi Civil Hospital, Buddha's condition worsened.


He succumbed to his injuries while being rushed to Silchar Medical College.


A memorandum has been issued to the District Commissioner and Police Superintendent of Sribhumi, requesting a thorough investigation into the tragic death of Buddha Bhattacharya.
