Kajal got admission to IIT Bombay to study computer science after her performance in the IIT JEE...

Digital Desk: Kajal, a student from Haryana's government school, never would have thought she could get a job at Microsoft, that too with Rs 31 lakh. Kajal, whose father is a landowner of the Indachhoi village in the Tohana area of Fatehabad. In 2018, the education department and the Haryana government launched the Super 100 initiative. 

The initiative provides deserving students with free coaching. Kajal, who was in the 2018–20 group, started off at a government school and later joined the Super 100 program to pursue her education in the 11th and 12th grades. She also studied hard for the Joint Entrance Exam of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT JEE).

Kajal got admission to IIT Bombay to study computer science after her performance in the IIT JEE. Her unwavering four years of dedication and hard work have paid off at IIT Bombay, where she was placed in a top position at Microsoft with a payout worth Rs 31 lakh. Kajal expressed her appreciation to her government school teachers.

In a 20-minute phone chat, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar congratulated Kajal and commended her for being a positive role model for all females. 

He assured her father that this remarkable young lady, who personifies the tenacity and commitment of government schools, will get recognition and honours from the government.
