New Delhi: On Thursday, Luxury vehicle manufacturing brand Mercedes-Benz India unveiled its new ‘Made in India’ S-Class. It was launched at its production unit in Chakan, Pune.

As per the reports, the price of this newly launched vehicle is INR 1.57 crore for the S-350 D model and INR 1.62 crore for the S 450 4MATIC model.

In a statement by its Managing Director and CEO in India Martin Schwenk, he said that the company is overwhelmed with the immense response the new generation S-Class vehicle has received in the country.

He also stated that the company is commencing local production of the vehicle ahead of the planning. Further, Schwenk also added that its unmatched aspirational value will be able to retain high customer loyalty in India.
