Digital Desk: Two cyber criminals have been apprehended in Lahorighat during a Morigaon police operation.


The arrested individuals are identified as Nur Hussain from Dewaguri and Mofizur Rahman from Kacharibari.


Nur Hussain is reported to be the owner of a Customer Service Point (CSP).


The individuals are accused of embezzling a significant amount of money using fake documents from various online loan-providing financial institutions located outside the state.


Police have confiscated several items, including various documents, a laptop, and mobile phones.


The arrest was carried out under the leadership of the Additional Police Superintendent of Morigaon.


Both suspects are currently being interrogated at the office of the Superintendent of Police.
