AIZAWL: A 56-year-old identified as Mangkhama from Hakha, Myanmar, who was working as a chowkidar (security guard) in an agricultural field was found floating in the Mat River this afternoon, sources.
The body of the deceased was found floating under the Chawmkai Bridge this afternoon, confirmed by the local authorities.
Mangkhama came to Mizoram in search of a job and had been staying in India for several years now.
No leads have been accumulated but investigations are going on by the local police about the same.
