In the backdrop of issues and concerns that providing "freebies" can put some states and the country on the path of financial uncertainty, the Delhi CM clearly said that such fears were groundless.

Digital Desk: Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal ruled out any kind of grand alliance for the year 2024. "My alliance will only be with 130 crore Indians", he stated.

While speaking at an event held in the national capital, Kejriwal said that he could never understand multi-party alliance and is not intrigued by any tie-ups. " I don't know how to do politics and I don't understand their alliance of 10 or more parties formed to defeat anyone; I want only the country to win," he said.

In the backdrop of issues and concerns that providing "freebies" can put some states and the country on the path of financial uncertainty, the Delhi CM clearly said that such fears were groundless.

"All the economists are writing that the freebie culture will destroy the country, but they never mention that 'corruption culture' will destroy it. Our government give things for free because we have ended the corruption. So the money being saved is given back to people," he added.
