New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India has intimidated the states to implement ‘One Nation, One Ration’ scheme by July. The scheme shall be applicable for migrants, which underlines that the state governments “must run community kitchens to feed the migrants till the end of the pandemic”.

The central government has been asked by the Supreme Court to allocate additional food grains to states so as to help migrants during the pandemic.

The state must bring in a scheme for distribution of dry ration to migrants, the court said.
