Digital Desk: The 69th National Film Awards 2023 are being presented Currently in the presence of President Droupadi Murmu as she is bestowing the prestigious award on the winners at the ceremony, which is being held in Delhi's Vigyan Bhavan. The recipients of this award this year include various celebrities.


Droupadi Murmu in her closure speech specifically addressed the women's achievements in the 69th National Award. President Murmu also noted how the film has evolved into a medium of integrity, transcending its role as a vehicle for the art of storytelling.

Best Actor- Allu Arjun won the award for his performance in 'Pushpa: The Rise'




Best Actress- Kriti Sanon receives the national award for the film 'Mimi.' She shared the spot with Alia Bhatt for 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'




Best Supporting Actor- Pankaj Tripathi received the award for his performance in 'Mimi'




Best Supporting Actress- Pallavi Joshi receives the National Award for 'The Kashmir Files'


Best Playback Singer Female- Shreya Ghoshal won the award for the 5th time in the category. The award this time was presented to her for the song 'Mayava Chayava' from the film 'Iravin Nizhal'




Dadasaheb Phalke Award- President Droupadi Murmu bestowed the coveted Dadasaheb Phalke Lifetime Achievement Award to veteran actress Waheeda Rehman this year. The actress was emotional as she received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
