In a ceremony on Monday at Rashtrapati Bhavan, President Ram Nath Kovind will confer the Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Shri awards for 2022.

Digital Desk: The nation's second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, will be given to General Bipin Rawat, the first Chief of Defence Staff who died in a helicopter crash last year. Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad will receive the Padma Bhushan, the country's third-highest civilian award.
