Digital Desk: Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who has made headlines for a variety of reasons, recently sold a commercial property in Lokhandwala, Mumbai, for Rs 7 crore. Nitesh and Dr. Nikita Motwani are a dentist couple who purchased the home.

In 2021, the couple rented this office, which has a 465-square-foot deck and 1781.19 square feet of carpet. The property has one open parking space and is situated on the second floor of Vastu Precinct on Lokhandwala Road.

According to a story in the Hindustan Times, Priyanka's mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, handled the deal on the actress' behalf. For the unversed, Priyanka Chopra debuted as an actress in the Tamil film Thamizhan (2002) after winning Miss World in 2000.

Her Bollywood career began with The Hero: Love Story of a Spy (2003). While speaking to Josh Talks Asha, she said, "Both she (Priyanka) and I were new to the film industry and the beauty industry. As a result, it was similar to one blind guy leading another. I had finance knowledge and a legal degree. So, even though she had competent attorneys, I used to manage her legal case. Because I knew about her finances, I also disregarded them. Everywhere we went, whether for meetings or narrations, I had to go with her."

She continued, "One day we decided that she would not attend any meetings, go anyplace, or engage in any fraternisation activities after 7:30 p.m. On this choice, she remained steadfast. She avoided doing anything that made her uncomfortable, as stated in the saying "Aur fir kya karegi, kya nahi karegi, tehzeeb-tameez ke dayare ke andar,"... She lost a lot of movies because she refused to perform some scenes that she felt weren't worth it."

She added that Priyanka might always choose a different line of work. For those unfamiliar, PC stated in March at Armchair Expert that he left India because "I was being forced into a corner in the industry (Bollywood)". People weren't casting me, I had conflicts with people, and since I'm not very good at the game, I was kind of sick of politics and declared that I wanted a break."
