Digital Desk: Meghalayan chef Nambie Jessica Marak has advanced to the finals of MasterChef India's 8th season.

Marak, also known as TribalChef, is participating in the finale of one of India's most popular cooking reality programmes. Suraj Thapa, Mohammed Aashiq, Dr. Rukhsaar Sayeed, Nidhi Sharma, and Harish Closepet have also advanced to the finals alongside Marak.

Conrad K Sangma, Chief Minister of Meghalaya, expressed his delight with Tribal chef Nambie Jessica Marak's victory on Masterchef India. Sangma said in a tweet that they had awarded Nambie Jessica Marak, a culinary prodigy and Masterchef India semi-finalist.

Conrad K Sangma on this new achievement again posted a tweet giving her well wishes.

Nambie hails from Meghalaya. Jessica Marak performed well and made her state proud by making it to the final 12 of MasterChef India 2023.
