A high-speed motorcycle rammed into a four-wheeler
Digital Desk: On 23rd April, a road accident occurred late at night on GS Road in Guwahati, leaving one person dead and another seriously injured. The accident took place near the Sreenagar Traffic Point when a high-speed motorcycle rammed into a four-wheeler in the middle of the road.
The four-wheeler involved was a Toyota Go (registration number: AS-01MA-4554), while the motorcycle was a Yamaha R15 (registration number: AS-01GK-8823).
As per reports, the speeding motorcycle lost control and crashed into the driver-side door of the Toyota Go with great force.
Both riders on the motorcycle sustained critical injuries in the collision and were immediately rushed to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Doctors later declared one of them dead, while the other is currently undergoing treatment.
The deceased was reportedly a student of 12th standard from Sivasagar, while the injured person is said to be employed in a private company.
