Moreover, an advisory to Indian people stranded in Ukraine was also issued by the Indian Embassy in Kyiv. Due to the closure of Ukrainian airspace, alternative evacuation routes are being implemented. Sources quoted that the Ministry of External Affairs' control room is being extended and made open 24 hours a day to deal with the crisis. The Indian Embassy in Ukraine has urged the Indians in Ukraine not to travel to Kyiv. After Russia started a full-fledged incursion into Ukraine on Thursday, they recommended them to stay put in safe regions.
