Digital Desk: According to an interview with the state-run TASS news agency published on Thursday, the entry of Ukraine into NATO could trigger a third global war. Alexander Venediktov is the deputy secretary of the Russian Federation's Security Council.

According to Venediktov, "Kyiv is well aware that such a step would imply a guaranteed escalation to a World War Three."

They seem to be banking on that to stir up informational commotion and draw attention to themselves once more.
