Guwahati: Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma led a mega rally in Guwahati starting from Sonaram field to Panbazar DC office, ahead of his nomination filing for the assembly elections.

The state minister was accompanied by his wife Riniki Bhuyan Sarma and son Nandil Biswa Sarma during the campaign.
“We love Himanta Biswa Sarma. We will make him win again with huge margin,” said a voter from the Jalukbari constituency.

“There is no competitor against Dr. Sarma in Jalukbari,” another man said.
Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma will be filing his nominations today from the Jalukbari seat. BJP's heavyweight leader, Sarma has been leading various rallies across the state of Assam for the assembly polls in the last few weeks.
