The statement made during the annual Abu Dhabi Global Market Finance Week here revealed that the USD 75 million global investment funds have a USD 25 million greenshoe option.


In a release, Dhawan stated, "I am thrilled to start a new innings and embark on this journey in the world of venture capital.


"Without the backing of my business partners and the founding team's dedication to this fund, all of this would not have been achievable in time for this week's announcement and the deployment that is planned for Q1 2023–2024."
