The man who discovered the severed finger within the ice cream is an MBBS doctor by profession, and his sister placed the order for the ice cream and groceries for the home, according to police.
Digital Desk: In a bizarre incident, a man in Mumbai's Malad area found a human finger in a cone of ice cream. Orlem Brandon Serrao, a 27-year-old doctor, stated that his sister placed an order for Yummo butterscotch cone ice cream on Wednesday using a home delivery app, and in which the finger was spotted.
Serrao never would have imagined that this ice cream would give him a shock he would never forget. The doctor found a severed human finger, roughly two centimeters long, inside the ice cream as he began to lick it.

Upon being informed about the discovery of a finger inside ice cream, police officials promptly filed a case and launched an investigation into the incident. Subsequently, an FIR was lodged at the Malad Police Station. Authorities also announced their intention to scrutinize the manufacturing location of the ice cream.
"We have started an inquiry to ascertain the origin of the finger. An FIR has been filed, and the finger has been dispatched to a forensic laboratory," stated the official.
