Digital Desk: Well-known Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam has informed his fans that he and his family tested positive for coronavirus. He has announced the news on social media.
The famous singer took to his Instagram handle and shared a vlog in which he revealed the news. He captioned the post as, "#SonuLiveD | Vlog 141. I tested Covid +. Happy New Year 2022 to the extended family! #covid_19 #newyear #2022 #vlog."
The video footage of Sonu Nigam displayed that he is currently in Dubai along with his family. He was supposed to travel to Bhubaneshwar for a show's shoot, which he won't be doing now as he is in quarantine.

Through the vlog, Sonu Nigam further revealed that even after several testing, his COVID tests were positive, but his symptoms are mild, and he doesn't feel sick.
"We have to be careful, not scared, as this time it's spreading a bit faster. I feel bad for theatre people and moviemakers as all our works have been affected in the past two years," stated Sonu.
Coronavirus has highly affected the Bollywood industry in the last few months. Lately, several Bollywood stars and other personalities have tested positive for coronavirus.
Previously, actors like Prem Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, John Abraham and wife Priya Runchal, producer Ekta Kapoor, and many others tested positive for the deadly coronavirus.
