Mulayam Singh Yadav may be seen entering the Parliament hall, cautiously stepping down the stairs in the video. Smriti Irani approached him and touched his feet when she saw him, which Yadav acknowledged by blessing her.
Meanwhile, Parliament's Budget session began on Monday, with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presenting the Economic Survey 2021-22. On Tuesday, she will present her fourth consecutive Union Budget, including financial statements and tax recommendations for the fiscal year 2022-23.
