Digital Desk: A Special Task Force (STF) team successfully carried out an operation at the Guwahati Railway Station parking area, which is under the control of Panbazar Police Station. The operation resulted in the apprehension of 12 individuals, including four women, and the seizure of a huge quantity of narcotics and related materials.
 
The STF initiated the operation at the bustling transportation hub in the centre of Guwahati after acting on reliable information provided by reliable sources. Officers caught the suspects in the act of dealing drugs as the well-planned operation progressed with pinpoint accuracy.

The 12 individuals who were apprehended were discovered to have a sizable quantity of illegal drugs and related items. 104 vials of suspected heroin, 275 empty vials, Rs 45,000 in cash, two motorbikes, five phones, syringes, and other incriminating evidence were among the items seized.

The City Police will now receive the detained individuals and the confiscated goods to continue the legal process and conduct additional investigations.
