Nokia G60 5G with 120Hz Display and 50MP Camera Officially Confirmed for India Launch

Digital Desk: The Nokia G60 5G India launch is approaching fast. The smartphone is now listed on Nokia India's website, implying that it will be available soon. 

Aside from the price, the Nokia G60's official website listing has revealed every detail about the device. It will be the first Nokia 5G phone to hit the Indian market.

In Europe, the Nokia G60 costs €320 (Rs 26,300). The smartphone would most likely cost around Rs 25,000 in India. It will be available in the country in the colours Ice and Black.

Nokia Mobile India announced the introduction of their new 5G smartphone on Twitter. "Be ready for tomorrow with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP triple AI camera, high-speed 5G connectivity, and years of hardware and software support on the new Nokia G60 5G," the company tweeted. The Nokia G60 5G features a 6.58-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. The handset display has a refresh rate of 120Hz and is covered by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. 

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 CPU with 6GB of RAM powers the 5G-enabled smartphone. The smartphone has 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be increased by using a microSD card. 

The Nokia G60 5G is powered by Android 12 and has a triple rear camera. A 50MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor are housed in the rear camera. The handset has an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls.
