Digital Desk: Telugu Actress Gayathri AKA Dolly D Cruze, was killed in a car accident on March 18. According to accounts, she was coming home with her friend Rathod after celebrating Holi. Their vehicle collided with a road divider and flipped. Gayathri was reportedly proclaimed dead at the scene of the tragedy. Her friend was transported to a neighbouring hospital. However, he died as a result of his injuries. Gayathri, popularly known as Dolly D Cruze, rose to prominence as the star of the Telugu online serial Madam Sir Madam Anthe. Jalsa Rayudu, her YouTube channel, helped her attain recognition. The actress died on March 18. She was 26 years old at the time.
