Digital Desk: On Tuesday, the Indian embassy in Ukraine issued a new warning to its people to leave the war-torn country as soon as possible by any available methods. It further stated that some Indians have already fled Ukraine in response to its previous alert issued on October 19.

"In continuation with the Embassy's recommendation issued on October 19th, all Indian citizens in Ukraine are encouraged to evacuate Ukraine immediately by any available means." "Some Indian nationals have already left Ukraine in response to a previous alert," stated the Indian embassy in Kyiv in a statement.

The embassy also offered a few phone lines where Indians can get help traveling to the border.

In addition, the October 19 alert encouraged Indians to leave the country or refrain from traveling to Ukraine due to the deteriorating security situation and intensification of violence.
