Digital Desk: The legal proceedings surrounding Zubeen Garg's death are ongoing, with another significant hearing scheduled for tomorrow.


This will mark the third hearing in the case, which will be held in the court of the Sessions Judge.


The previous two hearings took place in the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) and Session Judge courts.


The case, registered under number 256/25, has now been transferred to the Sessions Judge's court.


For this hearing, the court has directed all parties involved to submit the necessary documents related to the case.


During tomorrow's proceedings, charges are expected to be framed against the accused.


However, there is still uncertainty regarding the physical presence of the accused in court.


Due to security concerns, there is also a possibility that the hearing may be conducted virtually.
