Digital Desk: Time magazine named Tesla CEO and space entrepreneur Elon Musk as its ‘Person of the Year’ for 2021, for his embodiments of the technological shifts and reshaping people’s lives.

Calling Musk, ‘Talented, visionary, industrialist’ Time magazine said, “The richest man in the world does not have his own house. Recently he has sold his house. He is the man who thinks about saving our planet earth. He is a genius, visionary, industrialist, who works for electric cars, build them up and goes to Mars.”

According to Time magazine, his company, SpaceX, will rule the space in the future. Moreover, his car company Tesla provides electric vehicles in the market at the cost of $ 1 trillion.

Reports said he is one of the richest people globally with more than 250 billion worth of property.

“He is an expert in the field of solar energy, cryptocurrencies and many more. He is working for the development of artificial intelligence and underground tunnels.” Time magazine said.

Musk, the founder of and CEO of SpaceX, owns about 17 per cent of Tesla shares.

Time appreciated Musk’s efforts for founding SpaceX in 2002, for building Tesla, the world’s most valuable car company and energy company SolarCity for the world.
