Digital Desk: To commemorate the upcoming festival season, Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati is offering a special Navratri Thali. During the auspicious nine-day Navratri festival, this traditional Indian meal is expertly prepared and served.

"Our Navratri Thali comprises a variety of dishes that are made using special ingredients that are allowed during the fasting period. Sabudana Khichdi, Kuttu Ki Puri, Aloo Jeera, Lauki Ki Sabzi, Singhare Ki Kadhi, and Samak Rice are all part of the thali. "We also offer a special dessert made from Sabudana and coconut milk," said a statement from the Northeast region's top 5-star hotel. 

"Our chefs have put in a lot of effort to prepare these dishes with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that each dish is both delicious and nutritious. The Navratri Thali is served for lunch and dinner at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati's Café B-You. "We have a variety of options to suit your taste and dietary needs."
