The tragic incident of a CRPF jawan's death in Hailakandi has raised concerns and prompted an investigation


Digital Desk: In a concerning development, a CRPF jawan was found dead in Hailakandi under circumstances suggesting suicide. The jawan was on duty at a temporary camp in Panchgram within the Hailakandi district when the incident occurred. 


A CRPF jawan, identified as Badeshwar Rai, aged 57, was discovered dead in Hailakandi. The Panchgram police suspect that Rai took his own life by shooting himself with his service gun. Rai was on duty at a temporary camp in Panchgram within the Hailakandi district.


The motive behind Rai's alleged suicide is yet to be determined. His body has been transferred to the Kalinagar Sarojini Primary Hospital. Police officials from Hailakandi have commenced an investigation into the matter.
