This commotion occurred at the residence of Sanjay Rajbongshi. Police from Khairabari station were called after two youths were tied up with ropes at his residence.
As per report, three youths from the same village have stolen money from Sanjay Rajbongshi’s residence.
Sanjay Rajbongshi, who is the secretary of Bornadijhar village’s Narayan Satra, had kept the community’s deposit in a box. Breaking the lock, they looted the society’s savings of Rs 50,000 along with other hard-earned deposit money.
On Friday, at 1:30 PM, taking advantage of no one being at home, they broke the lock and took away the money.
These allegations are against Bedanta Rajbongshi (17), Gokul Rajbongshi (16), and Nayan Rajbongshi (16).
The incident came to light during interrogation of Gokul Rajbongshi (16), and Nayan Rajbongshi (16).
It is noteworthy that previously, police had also arrested Bedanta Rajbongshi for stealing donation money.
