Digital Desk: Singer-composer Vishal Dadlani has stepped forward to extend support to the CISF constable involved in the alleged altercation with actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut at the Chandigarh airport on June 6. Expressing solidarity, Vishal took to his Instagram story, offering assistance to the CISF woman amidst the ongoing controversy.

The incident unfolded as Kangana Ranaut was proceeding towards the boarding point after a security check when she was purportedly slapped by CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur in the frisking area. In response, Vishal Dadlani shared a post condemning violence but empathizing with the constable's situation. He pledged to ensure a job for her if any punitive action was taken against her by the CISF.

"I do not ever support violence, but I absolutely understand the need for this @official_cisf personnel's anger. If any action is taken against her by the CISF, I will ensure that she has a job waiting for her should she choose to accept it. Jai Hind. Jai Jawaan. Jai Kisaan (sic)," Vishal wrote.

Later, reports emerged that the CISF constable, Kulwinder Kaur, was detained and later suspended following a complaint filed by Kangana Ranaut upon her arrival at the Indira Gandhi Airport. Kangana, who recently won the Lok Sabha elections from Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi constituency, is also gearing up for her directorial debut, 'Emergency', produced under her banner Manikarnika Films.
