Dairy Products: Vitamin B12 is also found in dairy products. Therefore, you should consume dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese.

Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, cashews, oats, and coconut milk can be used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency. Coconut milk can also be a good source of B12.

Soybeans: Soy-based products are also a good source of vitamin B12 for vegetarians. Soybeans and tofu are rich in vitamin B12 and help in improving metabolism.
