Aryan Khan stated that when he was asked for his phone password by the NCB official, he gave it out of fear and the NCB official opened it.

Digital Desk: Aryan Khan, in his statement to the Narcotics Control Bureau’s Special Investigation team during the probe into the drugs-on-cruise case last year, explained a reference to cocaine that was found on his cell phone.

In regard to the chat on a WhatsApp group named "Title Undecided", he said, "Yes, I jokingly said to the members that I would bring cocaine and get them f***ed by the NCB."

Last week, Bollywood superstar SRK’s son, Aryan, was bestowed a clean chit due to a lack of sufficient evidence in the drug case for which he spent more than 20 days in custody the previous year.

The NCB SIT was formed after allegations of extortion and domineering against NCB officials surfaced last year. During interrogation by the SIT, Aryan Khan also shared his experience on October 2, when he was first detained in the drugs case.

He said that when he reached the international cruise terminal on October 2, he was stopped by NCB agents and asked for his phone. When I refused, Superintendent VV Singh unlocked it using my face ID. He showed me chats related to marijuana, and I told him they were from the time when I was studying in the US, "he said."

Aryan Khan stated that when he was asked for his phone password by the NCB official, he gave it out of fear and the NCB official opened it.

When enquired by the NCB on why he went on the cruise party, he said, "I had not left my home for a long time due to work and lockdown. I wanted to go party with my friends and have a good time".

About actress Ananya Panday, he informed NCB, "There was a chat with reference to weed but that was only a joke. I jokingly called her a drug dealer but she has never given me any drugs."
