In Dhemaji’s Bhepara Nagar, a group of women have come together, busy applying jetuka (henna) on their hands. After completing traditional preparations such as making pitha and other festive delicacies, they take time out to enjoy this cultural ritual.


The women are seen joyfully applying Jetuka and immersing themselves in the festive mood, even breaking into Bihu dance as part of the celebrations. Their activities highlight the cultural richness and collective spirit that define Rongali Bihu across Assam.
