Digital Desk: In a heartfelt tribute to the late singer Zubeen Garg, a young man named Deepjyoti Das showcased his deep admiration and love in a remarkable way. Hailing from Kuruabahi Gaon in Bokakhat, Deepjyoti began his run at 8 a.m. yesterday and reached Zubeen Kshetra today by 3:30 p.m.


His run symbolized an emotional appeal for justice in connection with Zubeen Garg’s untimely death.


Deepjyoti stated that he undertook this continuous run as a mark of respect and to express his unwavering faith in the pursuit of truth and justice for the beloved artist. Moreover, he also planted a Nahor tree (Indian Rose Chestnut)  as a tribute to Zubeen Garg as a part of his efforts to preserve the memory of the singer. His move has greatly touched fans and admirers in the state.
