    As per the latest sources, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and other ministers of the state will watch The Kashmir Files in PVR.


    Digital Desk: The Kashmir Files has evolved into one of the most celebrated movies by Indian audiences. As the latest information, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and other Cabinet Ministers will watch the niftiest movie currently at PVR, Guwahati, on Tuesday.

    The time slot chosen for the show is 06:00 pm tomorrow at PVR, City Centre, Guwahati. 

    The Kashmir Files is based on Kashmiri Pandits' experiences during the 1990 Kashmir crisis. With Tej Narayan Agarwal, Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi, and Vivek Agnihotri, the film is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Zee Studios, IAmBuddha, and Abhishek Agarwal Arts. 

    Mithun Chakraborty plays Brahma Dutt, Anupam Kher plays Pushkarnath, Darshan Kumar plays Krishna Pandit, Pallavi Joshi plays Radhika Menon, Bhasha Sumbali plays Shraddha Pandit, Chinmay Mandlekar plays Farooq Malik aka Bitta (based on Farooq Ahmed Dar), and Puneet Issar plays DGP Hari Narain.

    The movie has recieved so many applauses from the people, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Moreover, the movie has so far rated IMD 9.9/10. The first two days of his release in the box office has collected a revenue of Rs. 12.05 cr. 

    Moreover, The Patriotic People's Front of Assam (PPFA) has pushed Assam to make 'The Kashmir Files,' a documentary about the 1990 genocide of Kashmiri Pandits, tax-free for viewers.
